Waist Trainers for Weight Loss
What is a waist trainer?
Waist trainers are the celebrity secret to obtaining a seductive hourglass figure. The trick to cinching your waist involves the use of specialized garments known as Waist Trainers, which train your waist towards a new shape in what is called Waist Training.
This process of training your waist through waist trainers can really only be done by using a waist training garment made specifically for this purpose and some of the leaders in waist training shaping garments are Fajas de LoRac by Snatch My Waist Shapewear, Ann Chery Fajas, and Ann Michell.
Nicki Minaj, Kim Kardashian, Beyoncé, Deelishis, and Amber Rose are just a few of the Hollywood elite who accent their curves with a teeny, tiny waistline. Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian, as well as many other celebrities, have posted pictures on their Instagram pages of them in a waist trainer.
Latex Waist Trainers
The common waist trainer (the latex waist trainer) is made from high grade latex and imported from Colombia. These latex waist trainers have an inner layer of cotton and lycra and an outer layer of black or nude latex.
The latex really adds a unique and amazing dimension to the look and feel of the cincher, and whether you wear yours out in the open or hidden beneath your clothes, you will love how it looks on you and how it feels to the touch.
The Sports Latex Waist Trainer
There are also sport trainers, known as sports latex waist trainers, that have high quality latex in between the cotton and lycra layers and the sport latex waist trainer is designed to be used specifically while working out. Sports latex waist trainers go great with my active wear brand for women, Optimus Sportswear.
The sport trainer is great because it gives you the best of both worlds, allowing you to work out or just go about your day dressed in your sportswear attire, and doesn’t require you to change if you get a sudden motivation to hit the gym or take a few spins on the exercise bike.
How to Use the Waist Trainer
How to use your waist trainer:
- Start slowly an hour at a time!
- Work your way up to wearing the waist trainer 8+ hours a day
- Drink plenty of water. At least 64 ounces of water. (Minimum)
- Eat clean
- Start an exercise regimen.
IMPORTANT NOTE: It’s always important to wear the correct size. Do NOT go down one or two sizes too small for faster results. That is an unhealthy and dangerous practice.
Training your waist takes time, discipline, and patience. It’s always important to wear the correct size.
Look at waist trainers the same way you look at braces for your teeth. The process is neither short, nor easy, but it does pay off in the long run if you take the process of reshaping your waist seriously.
Both the waist trainer (or latex waist cincher) and sports latex waist trainer garments accelerate the trimming of the waist through compression, heat and restriction, so whether you decide to go with our classic body cinchers or choose the added flexibility of sports waist cinchers, we have the range of products and sizes to fit every body shape.View All Products
